Along with economic growth, consumer tastes and preferences on foods are to changed by foods. The survey results suggest that people increasingly concern food-being, particularly good health and safety. Also, the results of empirical analysis indicate that preferences on foods, especially beef and pork, are primarily based on the level of family size and income, and price recognition and income, respectively.
