In the study, the Poly-Lactic Acid carcass washing method was applied for reducing spoilage organisms. This carcass washing method turned out to have statistical significance. It was effective enough to reduce the number of spoilage organisms. This experiment contained 18 combinations, with each combination also having statistical significance. Among these 18 combinations, combination 14 produced the best results for carcass washing with poly-Lactic Acid. The optimal level of K and L were decided. According to the analysis, slaughter company was capital intensive. The increased cost for the new carcass washing machine did not affect the production cost for beef, because the existing capital investment was so huge. The production function was decided as Y= K0.6 L0.4, and the optimal K and L were decided, L was 209,710.4 units/year and K is 18,811,023.4 units.
