The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic effects of Korea-Singapore free trade agreement using multiregional computable general equilibrium model. The results show that the Korea-Singapore FTA increased slightly the welfare and GDP in both countries, but balance of trade is decreased and the price level is increased. Especially, agricultural sector in Korea is expected to suffer because of the import growth. Therefore, if the Korea-Singapore FTA should be realized, it is proposed that negotiation on agricultural sector should be excluded or deferred.
