The purpose of this study is to present an initiative of regional branded Hanwoo business and to analyze it using the SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) framework. The Hanwoo businesses considered are the regional Hanwoo brands that are trying to start it each region in Korea. The SWOT analysis would be done by referring several papers and reports on the initiatives of regional branded Hanwoo. Based on the analysis, the regional branded Hanwoo problems are presented, and competitive strategies for tomorrow too.
