Research on Evaluating the Management Ability of Hog Farmers

The purpose of this research is to prove how farm managers display their management ability and what relationship their ability has on the management result by means of quantitative analysis of their management ability, which is a qualitative factor. According to the result of evaluation, the hog farmers surveyed showed their management ability by 14% lower than of the leading farmers and a big difference was noted in their numerical value sense and cooperative ability between them in terms of evaluation index. In the view of the relationship of management ability with the management result, it was verified that the management ability exercises its bigger influence on the management outcome than their ages, careers and management scales.
