This study aims to examine the condition of disadvantaged areas for direct payment program in Korea. The study was conducted by slope analysis on GIS and Cluster Analysis after Principal Component Analysis. The slope analysis on GIS was operated by 1/25,000 digital map, according to the analysis, we have to prepare for the supplementation of the law so that it is suitable to the WTO Agreement before we expand broadly until 2007.
