In recent years, Consumers has appeared to be more interested in the food safety problem, hazard or risk regarding bovine spongiform encephalopathy(BSE), food and mouth disease(FMD) and avian influenza(AI), etc. This paper focuses on the evaluation of such a food safety and confidence, and so we examined it by a 5-point Likert-type scale on consumers, which carried out a factor analysis and multiple regression, according to demographic and socio-economic factor such as gender, age, educational level and economic status. In a sense, For choosing a good model from several things such as linear model, log model and semi-log model, I would like to estimate the model using Box-Cox transformation. Furthermore, In order to estimate confidence interval on the WTP of the food safety, we made use of Bootstrap techniques.
