The study aims to analyze the preferences of Korean customers in food system, especially in the ethnic-food restaurant market. This is to provide relevant intuition for marketing and positioning strategies that would assist in segmentation of the market. The niche market that ethnic foods are being in may be an important part of the future marketing strategies of value-added foods.
