As a result of pork consumption factor analysis for non-preferred parts, the consumers who choose dish of cooking as a important consideration factor when they buy pork react positively to buying non-preferred parts. TV was significant as a mass media for getting information on pork for non-preferred parts consumers. Therefore, it is expected that the promotion through TV play an important role in increasing non-preferred parts consumption.
