돈육 가공 산업 실태와 경쟁력 제고 방안

The Present Situation of Pork Processing Industry and Plans for Strengthening of Competitive Power

This study was carried out to understand the present situation of pork processing industry and conceive plans for strengthening in its competitive power. The main results are as follows; First, pork processing companies have to establish its pigs production system or produce pigs by contract with pig farms. Also, it is reasonable to choose the grading system of carcass and the average price of nationwide wholesale market in payment to pig raisers. Second, they have to enlarge the welfare of staffs for efficient staffs adoptions and management, and adopt foreign trainees in shortage of labor, and strengthen the education about pork processing. Third, for the managements of efficient sale and stock, they have to effort for the activation of marketing, such as supply of goods to the military or school students.
