The Situation and the Application of Management Records in Farmhouse

Agricultural management diagnosis is need to comprehend and analyze the agricultural economy in general and agriculture management situation thoroughly. Also, by comparing the index from such a diagnosis with another standard index, we are able to find the issues and weakness?loopholes in management and to offer a direction of management improvement that can become a prescription. From the application of an agricultural management diagnosis point of view, the following study has focused on the following three points. First, in reality, how many agricultural homes have records? Second, how much of a management diagnosis is possible of agricultural homes that have good records? In order to do this, we have analyzed 3 agricultural homes among those with good records. Third, by which comparison can we do with the management performance of the cases of agricultural homes for a management diagnosis. In a situation where management index of self-management data standard management is insufficient. We have done the management diagnosis through time series comparison subjected on a 3 year data set and presented the issues of management improvement based on such comparison.
