수안보 온천 관광지의 경험적 가치

Experiential Value of Suanbo Spa Zone: Expectation vs. Performance

보이지 않는 무역 , 굴뚝 없는 공장 으로 불리는 관광산업은 지역 발전에 매우 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 특히 관광산업은 사람들이 모이는 것으로부터 시작한다는 점에서 새로운 파생산업을 연쇄적으로 촉발시킬 수 있다. 이와 관련하여 관광산업은 고용창출 측면에서 탁월한 효과가 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 비록 역사적 상징성은 높지만 현재 관광 유입인구가 이전에 비해 크게 감소한 수안보 온천 관광지에 대해서 주목하였다. 본 연구는 지역이 쇠락하는 이유는 지역의 경험적 가치를 낮기 때문에 방문하지 않는 것으로부터 시작한다고 판단하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 수안보 온천 관광지의 경험적 가치를 살펴보았다. 특히 수안보 온천 관광지에 대한 사전 기대와 실제 성과와의 차이분석을 통해 전략적 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. 분석결과, 수안보 온천 관광지의 유희적 경험, 심미적 경험의 가치 기대수준은 보통 정도였지만 지각된 성과는 매우 낮았다. 특히 사회적 경험에 대한 가치 기대수준은 매우 높았지만 지각된 성과는 보통 정도로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 살펴볼 때, 수안보 온천 관광지에 대한 기대가 낮아 방문이 감소하고 또한 기대보다 성과가 현저히 낮아 재방문 또한 감소하기 때문으로 판단하였다.

The tourist industry that is labeled as the invisible trade or the no-chimney factory gets important roles for local development. Specifically, this industry may attract the derivative by a series of chain at the point of being crowded. So the tourist industry takes the extraordinary effect of creation of employment. This study focused on the Suanbo Spa Zone that has a historical symbol but do not abundant customers recently. This research considered decline of local tourist zones as valueless of experience. In this point this study explored the experiential value of the Suanbo Spa Zone, and analyzed the difference between prior expectation and actual performance of the zone, so deducted strategic implications. In results, the amusing and the aesthetic experience got the moderate level of expectation but hit low performance. The social experience got high expectation and moderate performance. In conclusion, the Suanbo Spa Zone suffered lowexpectation and less customers, and hit less performance rather than the lowexpectation, so staggers by lowintention for revisit.
