본 논문은 자동차 보험 구상금 분쟁 심의에 관한 상호 협정의 제소기간 규정이 심의위원회와 법원으로 하여금 획일적인 해석을 할 수 없을 만큼 애매하게 규정되어 있기에, 이에 대한 문제점과 올바른 해석방향을 제시한다. 또한 이 문제 발생의 가장 근본적인 원인인 제소기간 제한 규정을 누가 해석하더라도 같은 결과가 나오게끔 불명료한 부분을 고치는 개정안을 마련해 보았다.
Rule of bill of filing of mutual agreement about recourse amount dispute among automobile insurance company is very vague to interpret. So many court made judgements in different ways. That s why we need to deeply look into these rules. In the conclusion of this thesis I suggested revised bills.
