비달사순과 피봇 포인트의 교육현황 비교연구

A Comparative Study on the Education situation Between Vidal sassoon and Pivot Point

우리나라 뷰티산업의 교육형태는 학교와 학원, 재교육센터 등 다양한 방법으로 진행되고 있으며, 이미 학문으로 정착되고 있으나 보다 과학적이고 체계적인 교육은 4년제 대학교에서 산업체의 적응력을 강화하는 실기위주의 교육은 2년제 대학에서 이루어지고 있다. 헤어살롱의 종사자들은 재교육센터와 브랜드 있는 교육과정을 선호한다. 그 중 비달사순과 피봇포인트는 국내인지도가 높은데 비해 교육비는 부담스러워 가격대비 효율성이 떨어 진다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 두 교육기관 프로그램의 효과적인 비교를 통하여 피봇포인트의 미용기초교육시스템과 비달사순의 현장감 있는 교육프로그램을 우리 실정에 활용하여 교육프로그램을 재조정하여 만족도를 높이는데 연구의 목적이 있다고 하겠다.

The Education of our county beauty industry is processing with many difference methods like school, institute, retraining center. And it already recognized as a field of art study. More systematic and scientific beauty educations are in university and more practical uses and adaptable lessons for industry are doing in college. But most of the actual professional hair designers prefer the education program of retraining centers and the hair training brands. Among those, Vidal sasoon and Pivot point are well known to our country, but their high payment for education is decrease their retraining efficiency. Therefore, our main purpose of this study modifies our current education system with result from comparison between Pivot point s basic beauty education system and Vidal sasoon s practical education system and increase the satisfaction of students.
