Legal issues and prospects of same-sex marriage

Now our Constitution can not help but wonder how we should look at the same sex. As there is still insufficient social debate as to whether or not to permit the same sex, more legal discussions should be made. In the case of the same interpretation of the same issue as the case of the same sex as the heterosexual horn based on the interpretation problem and the provisions related to marriage in civil law, there is an urgent need to discuss how society can accommodate. The fact that the United States ruled in the past Lawrence judgment that a number of moral ideas should not allow the sexual life of an individual to be uncontrollably controlled is a matter that we must pay particular attention to regarding the issue of gay sex. And just as the United States has come to the Obergefell judgment in 2015, based on a social consensus after decades of sufficient social debate, after the Windsor ruling 30 years ago and the gay horn legally recognized throughout the United States, it is necessary to work out the legal scope that can be protected from time to time. It is not easy to deny homosexuality in our current legal system, so further discussion should be accelerated.
