Fluorouracil 투여가 백서 자가 피부 이식시 치유에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

Antineoplastic drug has been used for cancer patients. Furthermore surgical therapy, chemotherapy, radiation therapy were combined in treatment for cancer. This study was undertaken to observe the effects of the antineoplastic agent, 5-Fluorouracil on the skin autograft in Sprague-Dawley white rats. Forty five Sprauge-Dawley strain white male rats, each weighing about 200 grams were used and divided into control and two experimental groups. In the experimental group A, the rats was injected intraperitonially with 300mg of 5-Fluorouracil per Killogram body weight, and skin autograft was performed after 24hours. In the experimental group B, skin autograft was performed after 7days. Rats were serially sacrificed on the first, third, fifth, seventh, and fourteenth day. The specimens were fixed into 10% neutral formalin, and paraffin sections were stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin, and Masson′s Trichrom. After examination and comparison of all specimen with light microscope, the results of this study were as follows: 1. In the control group, on the first day edema, hemorrhage, and inflammatory cell was induced, and on the third and fifth day severe inflammatory reaction and fibrosis was induced. On the fourteen day collagen tissue was apposited and epithelialization was completed. 2. In the experimental group A, necrosis of graft site, severe inflammatory reaction and pus formation was observed on the fifth day. Delayed graft healing was seen on the fourteen day. 3. In the experimental group B, the histologic finding was simillar to its of control group. On the fourteen day graft site was repaired with collagen tissue despite of destruction of accessory gland of skin. From above results, in experimental group, acute and inflammatory reaction was observed compared to control and experimental group B on third and fifth day. Furthermore, delay of collagen tissue apposition was seen on fourteen day.
