학교 교육기부 네트워크의 특성 분석

Analysis of network characteristics on Donation for Education at school

이 연구의 목적은 최근 변화하는 학교 교육 속에서 중요성이 부각되고 있는 학교 교육기부 네트워크의 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 강원도의 초·중·고등학교를 대상으로 2015년에 연계한 교육기부 기관을 조사하여, 학교와 교육기부 기관 간의 관계에 대하여 빈도분석 및 사회 연결망 분석(SNA)을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연계한 교육기부 기관이 가장 많은 학교급은 중학교이다. 둘째, 읍면지역 소재의 학교는 시와 도서벽지 소재 학교에 비해 교육기부 기관과 비교적 적게 연계하고 있다. 셋째, 초·중학교는 물적자원 기부에 비해 인 적자원 및 프로그램 기부 네트워크가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 넷째, 고등학교는 물적자원 기부에 집중되고 인적자원 및 프로그램 기부 네트워크는 상대적으로 활발하지 않았다. 다섯째, 대학은 타 기관에 비하여 모든 영역에 있어서 교육기부에 적게 참여하고 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교육기부 기관은 인적자원 및 프로그램에 대한 양적, 질적인 수준을 제고하고, 대입제도의 변화 및 고등학생도 다양한 교육활동이 필요하다는 인식의 변화가 필요하며, 대학이 교육기부에 대한 사회봉사 역 량을 높이고 특화된 프로그램을 개발하는 노력이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.

This study aims to analyze the network’s characteristic of donation for education at school. To achieve the goal, Donation for education organizations were examined form schools located in Kangwon-Do. also, I performed Frequency analysis and social network analysis by using SPSS 22.0 statistics and Netminer 4.0 on their relationship. The major research results are as follows. Firstly, Middle schools linked the lagest amount of organization because of the new educational policy of free learning semester. Secondly, Schools located at rural areas linked the smallest amount of organization Compared to schools located in other area. Thirdly, Elementary and Middle school’s network is good in human resources and program donations rather than material resource donations. Fourthly, Material resources donation are concentrated and human resources and program donation is used less on high school. Fifthly, Universities less participate in donation for education. Based on the results form this study, It is necessary to change the existing university entrance system and perceptions of high school student’s educational activities. Also, Organizations must improve quantity and quality of human resources and program donations. And Universities must try to develop their abilities with specified program.
