To reach the final diagnosis of the lesions of the cervical lymph node, multiple approaches are needed. Among the most important lesions, some can be accessible with physical examination and history taking about the origin site and metastatic or transmitted site to the disgnosis. One of them is the metastasis of malignant tumor, such as squamous cell carcinoma, a epithelial origin cancer of head and neck area which menifests aggressive characteristics. Also, scrofula , and aspect of tuberculosis, which involves cervical lymph node. Relatively, it is possible that misdiagnosis was brought about from the clinical radiographic, histologic diagnostic tools. We present a case of report, 50-year-old male who had suffered from squamous cell carcinoma, treated by surgical method, 4 months later, it recurred to the cervical lymph node intermingled with tuberculosis in histopathologic findings.
