This is the result from three-dimension finte element method of research through proper fixation site of miniplate and stress distribution, when body of mandible have been fractured. The conclusion of this study were as follows 1. There was more displacement when they were fixed on the lower of mental foramen than on the upper of it. 2. Copressive force have been occured on the lower of miniplate when they were fixed miniplate on the lower of mental foramen. The near of alveoiar ridge does always have tensile force when force is working 3. There was less displacement when they were fixed side by side on the upper part than when tow plate fixed each on the upper and lower part. 4. Where maximum stress is produced on the plate is screw part near the which force is not acting.
