This is a report of 3 cases of bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion corrected by anterior segmental osteotomy and genioplasty with or without orthodontic treatment. The results are as follows: 1. All of 3 cases were performed by the anterior segmental osteotomy with the modified Wunderer method on the maxilla and Köle s labial approach on the mandible. 2. Genioplasty was performed with anterior segmental osteotomy in 2 cases for improvement of microgenium. 3. Repositioned anterior segments were immobilized by acrylic resin splint, arch bar and arch wire with interosseous wiring. 4. The common sequelaes, ecchymosis and swelling, subsided within 1st week after surgery, and the vitality of anterior teeth returned in postoperative 3 months. 5. The continuous follow-up evaluation revealed satisfactory result in facial appearance and uneventful bony union.
