이 연구는 청각장애학생의 직업흥미 유형을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 직업적 성격 유형의 변인별집단 차이, 진로코드 유형, 직업흥미 영향 요인을 알아보았다. 연구의 대상자는 진로캠프에 참여한 전국 특수학교(급)에 재학하고 있는 청각장애 고등학생 65명이다. 변인별 집단 차이는 t-검정과 F-검정을 실시하였고 진로코드 유형은 성별을 중심으로 교차분석하여 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 직업흥미 유형의 영향 요인은 성, 장애정도, 선호직종을 독립변수로 하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 직업적성격 유형은 예술형(A)에서 여학생이 남학생에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났고, 유의한 차이가 있었다. 선호 직종별 직업흥미에서는 실재형(R), 탐구형(I), 예술형(A), 기업형(E), 관습형(C)이 공공서비스, 경영금융,문화예술, 과학기술 직종에 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 진로코드는 사회형—관습형(SC)이 가장 많았고, 사회형—예술형(SA), 실재형—관습형(RC), 예술형—사회형(AS)도 많이 나타났다. 청각장애학생의 장애정도는 직업흥미에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다.
Aiming to understand career interest types of hearing-impaired students, this study looked into group differences caused by variables of vocational personality types, career code types and career interest influential factors. 65 hearing-impaired high school students attending special schools(classes) in Korea who have participated in a career camp were selected as research targets. In terms of group differences caused by variables, t-test and F-test were conducted and regarding career code types, focusing on gender, the study carried out cross analysis and extracted frequencies and percentages. When it comes to influential factors of career interest types, Multiple regression analysis was carried out as well with gender, severity of impairment and preferred occupational category determined as independent variables. Findings of the research have revealed that as for artistic type(A) of vocational personality types, female students appeared to have a higher level of vocational personality compared to male students, and significant differences were observed. In terms of preferred occupational category-based career interest, realistic type(R), investigative type(I), artistic type(A), enterprising type(E) and conventional type(C) came up with significant differences in these categories of public service, financial management, culture and arts and scientific technology. Social type(S)-conventional type(C) was turned out to be the most frequently observed career code which was followed by social type(S)-artistic type (A), realistic type(R)-conventional type(C) and artistic type(A)-social type(S). The severity of the hearingimpaired students’ impairment was confirmed to be a variable to affect career interest.
