컨테이너 육상운송 시장 내 이해관계에 관한 실증연구

An Empirical Study on the Self-Transport of Container Yard Operators

자가운송은 컨테이너 육상운송시장에서만 존재하는 업무형태이다. 본 연구는 컨테이너 육상운송시장 내에서 자가운송의 실체와 구조를 파악하고 공정거래위원회와 CY업체 간 분쟁의 종료 이후 항만시장에 공식화된 자가운송과 관련 기업 간 이해관계 및 자가운송이 업계에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증분석을 통하여 파악고자 하였다. 분석결과 첫 번째, CY업체의 자가업무협력은 자사의 운송성과나 기회주의 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 두번째, CY업체의 자가업무협력은 무(無)관계사, 선사관계사, 업무관계사 모두 운송성과에 매개적 역할을 하며, 무(無)관계사의 경우에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 선사관계사와 업무관계사 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째, CY업체의 자가업무협력은 무(無)관계사, 선사관계사의 경우 기회주의에 별다른 역할을 하지 않는 반면 업무관계사의 경우에는 기회주의에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose : The object of this study is to understand the truth and structure of the Self-transport in the container transportation industry. It decided to formalize Self-transport after finishing legal conflicts Fair Trade Commission and CY operators. so This study is doing a research on the Self-Transport on the Port industry and business interests. Research design, data, methodology : Research model and hypotheses have been developed based on working-level interview and literature review, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to 125 Container Yard Operators. The collected data were analysed with structural equation modeling, examining the hypothesized relationships and mediating effect. Results : The results of this research are as follows, First, a self-transport of CY operators has a positive effect on the transport performance and opportunism. Second, relationless companies, companies’s relation with shipping company and business partners has a mediator effect on relationships between a self-transport and the transport performance. relationless companies has a negative effect but the others has a positive effect on the transport performance. Third, business partners has a mediator effect on the relationship between a self-transport and opportunism. and has a positive effect on opportunism. Conclusions : The transportation maintenance cost incurred through self-transport is one of the container transportation industry features that does not exist other transportation industry. and was able to learn that the self-transport served as charge, as well as using such shifts as a means of strategic.
