유라시아 랜드브리지 기반 글로벌물류네트워크 구축

Construction of Global Logistics Network on the Basis of Eurasia Land Bridge

유라시아 지역이 전략적 요충지가 됨으로써 많은 국가에서 유라시아지역을 효율적으로 이용하기 위해 다양한 전략을 수립하여 시행하고 있는데, 이러한 전략은 대부분 유라시아 랜드브리지를 구축하는 것과 관련이 있다. 중국의 일대일로전략과 한국의 유라시아 이니셔티브는 유라시아지역 내에서 복합물류네트워크를 구축하기 위한 사업을 포함하고 있다. 이러한 점에서 유라시아 랜드브리지를 효율적으로 구축하기 위해 현재의 철도운송네트워크의 현황을 살펴보고 철도운송을 중심으로 하는 유라시아 랜드브리지를 효율적으로 구축하는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 즉, 유라시아 랜드브리지를 구성하는 철도노선으로서 TKR, TCR, TMGR, TSR, TMR이 효율적으로 연결이 되고 유라시아 지역 내에 있는 국가들에게 모두 실익이 될 수 있는 유라시아 랜드브리지가 구축되는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문의 목적은 유라시아 랜드브리지의 필요성과 활용성을 살펴보고 유라시아 랜드브리지를 기반으로 하는 효율적인 글로벌 물류네트워크 구축에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Purpose : The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the efficient construction of global logistics network on the basis of Eurasia Land Bridge by studying the current situations of rail networks in Eurasia and finding the efficient construction of Eurasia Land Bridge. Research design, data, methodology : This paper is composed of five chapters. Chapter Ⅰ deals with the introduction of this paper and Chapter Ⅱ explains the previous studies regarding Eurasia region and Eurasia logistics. Chapter Ⅲ deals with the needs and usefulness of Eurasia Land Bridge. Chapter Ⅳ deals with efficient construction of global logistics network based on Eurasia Land Bridge. Chapter V concludes this paper. Results : As regards efficient construction of global logistics network based on Eurasia Land Bridge, this paper proposes as follows: i) rail network must be constructed based on logistics standardization. ii) global logistics network must be based on rail. iii) cooperation funds must be raised for modernization and standardization of North Korea rail etc. Conclusions : This paper concludes that Eurasia Land Bridge must be constructed on the basis of cooperation and win-win partnership to the benefits of Eurasian nations.
