무역･물류 분야의 NCS 관련 자격증 실태분석을 통한 취업률 향상방안 연구

A Study on the Improvement of Employment Rate through Analysis of Certificate Status related Trade and Logistics NCS

정부에서는 취업난을 해결하기 위해 국가직무능력표준을 도입하였다. 무역･물류에 해당하는 NCS의 소분류는 물류관리, 수출입관리, 원산지관리, 유통관리로 구성되어 있으며, 이러한 NCS 체계에 맞는 국가자격인 물류관리사, 관세사, 보세사, 유통관리사와 국가공인민간자격인 원산지관리사가 존재하고 있다. 본 논문은 무역･물류 분야의 NCS 관련 자격증에 대한 실태분석을 통해 인력양성과 취업률 향상방안을 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 무역･물류 분야의 NCS 관련 자격증을 통해 취업률을 향상시키기 위해서는 실무에 적합한 자격증 제도의 개편, 자격증의 이해도 제고를 위한 홍보 강화, 대학의 교육과정 연계와 취업지원 프로그램 운영, 기업의 자격증 인턴십 운영 등이 필요하다.

Purpose : By analyzing international trade and logistics certification of National Competency Standards(NCS), the purpose of this paper is to contribute to better job training, employment rate enhancement on trade and logistics field. Research design, data, methodology : This paper analyze subcategory of trade and logistics part of NCS such as customs broker, bonded goods caretaker, logistics administrator, distribution administrator and certified origin specialist. Results : In order to improve the employment rate through trade and logistics NCS related certificates, it is necessary to reorganize the certificate system suitable for the practice, to strengthen the PR to improve the understanding of the certificate, to link the curriculum of the university and to operate the employment support program, and to realize the certificate internship program. Conclusions : This paper suggests ways to improve the employment rate through certification.
