국내 전자무역 연구동향 분석: 2006-2015

An Analysis of the Research Trend on E-Trade Research in Korean Journals through 2006 to 2015

본 연구에서는 전자무역연구에 대한 최근 10년간의 연구주제와 연구방법을 분석하여 향후 균형 있는 연구의 발전을 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 분석내용은 141편의 학술지논문을 15개의 연구주제, 5개의 연구방법, 7개의 자료분석방법으로 분류하고, 심층적인 연구주제별 변수분석 등이다. 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 전자무역에 관한 연구는 지난 10년간 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 인프라 및 시스템적 발전과 더불어 15가지의 다양한 주제와 전자무역과의 관련성을 분석한 연구로 연구범위의 확장이 이루어지고 있다. 연구주제적 측면에서는 전자무역활용, 전자무역정보시스템, 고객관계관리와 국제협력 및 동향의 연구가 많이 이루어졌다. 연구방법적 측면에서는 문헌고찰방법이, 자료분석방법 측면에서는 회귀분석과 구조방정식모형이 주로 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 국내 학술지논문을 중심으로 전자무역연구에 대한 연구주제, 연구방법 및 주제별 변수에 대해 심층적으로 조망하고 시사점을 도출한 첫 연구이다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통해 변화를 거듭하고 있는 전자무역 환경에 다각적으로 접근하는 체계적인 연구기반 및 연구방향을 제안하고자 한다.

Purpose : This study analyzes the themes and the methods of the researches on the electronic trade during the last 10 years and suggests direction for future development of balanced research. Research design, data, methodology : Among 141 research articles, 15 research topics, 5 research methods, 7 data analysis methods are classified into the content of the analysis, including the variable analysis through in-depth research topic. Results : The analysis results are summarized as follows. Research on e-trade has been steadily increasing over the past decade, and the scope of research has been expanded by analyzing the relevance of 15 different topics and electronic trade along with infrastructure and system development. In terms of research themes, there have been many studies on e-trade utilization, electronic trade information system, customer relationship management and international cooperation and trends. In terms of research methodology, literature review method was used, while in terms of data analysis method, regression analysis and structural equation model were mainly used. Conclusions : This study is the first study to elaborate deeply the research topics, research methods, and thematic variables of e-trade research centered on domestic journals and to draw implications. The results of this study suggest a systematic research foundation and research directions that approach multilaterally to various changes in e-trade environment.
