上下顎骨에 發生한 巨大한 纖維腫의 外科的 治驗例

FIBROMA OF THE MAXILLA AND MANDIBLE : A REPORT OF CASE

The fibroma is a benign neoplasm composed of fibroblasts and collagen derived from the mesenchyme or fibroblasts of bone. The lesions appear to be located predominantly in the posterior region of the mandible and also be involved in maxilla. Its symptoms may be abscent except for awareness of a painless swelling. In this case surgical enucleation of well encapsulated solid tumor on left facial area was performed under general anesthesia.
