BONE GRAFTING IN BILATERAL ALVEOLAR-PALATAL CLEFT

We treated 19-year old male for residual alveolar and palatal cleft by late secondary bone grafting. 1. Bone graft materials used in this case was autogenous bone in form of solid one-piece iliac crest grafts 2. To close over the alveolar bone grafts, we designed the labially based pedicle finger flaps 3. Immobilization and fixation was maintained for six weeks.
