Recently, we experienced a case of cleidocranial dysostosis in a 12 yrs 3 months old male. The diagnosis was established by typical clinical features of cleidocranial dysostosis. The oral problems had a high and narrow palate, unerupted many supernumerary teeth, delayed eruption of succeeding teeth, rampant dental caries, cross-bite and mandibular pseudoprognathism due to underdeveloped maxilla. The patient could be brought his shoulders together forward the midline without discomfort and pain. And the patient engaged in routine activities and were not restricted in his physical effort. The clavicles on both sides were short & slight hypoplasia on the chest P-A. The fontanells were slightly opened and delayed suture closure on the skull A-P and lateral view.
