급성호흡부전증 유발견에서 흡입산소농도 변화가 심혈관계에 미치는 영향

THE EFFECTS OF INSPIRED OXYGEN TENSION ON CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM IN ARDS INDUCED DOGS

In 10 ARDS induced dogs with aspiration of 0.1 N HCI, 2ml/kg, arterial blood gas was analyzed and cardiovascular hemodynamics such as heart rate, mean arterial pressure, mean pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure, cardiac output and central venous pressure were measured for evaluating the effects of different inspired oxygen tension on cardiovasular hemodynamics. The following results were obtained. 1) arterials oxygen tension and pH were decreased significantly and arterial carbon dioxide tension was increased significantly in FIO₂ 0.21 ARDS group. 2) in FIO₂ 0.21 ARDS group, heart rate, mean arterial pressure or cardiac output were decreased significantly, and mean pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure or central venous pressure were increased significantly. 3) in FIO₂ 1.0 ARDS group, significant increase of arterial oxygen tension was observed whereas changes of arterial pH and carbon dioxide tension were not remarkable. 4) in FIO₂ 1.0 ARDS group, significant increase of cardiac output and significant decrease of mean pulmonary arterial pressure were observed but changes of heart rate, mean arterial pressure, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure or central venous pressure were not remarkable.
