어린이집 교사 핵심역량 모델링

Researching Competencies of Daycare Center Teachers

본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 교사의 전문성 증진을 위한 핵심 역량이 어떠한 것인가를 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 먼저 10개의 어린이집을 대상으로 어린이집 교사들이 하고 있는 업무 분장 및 관계 법령을 분석하였다. 둘째 단계로서 가장 최근에 이루어진 어린이집 교사들의 역량에 근간이 되는 유치원, 어린이집 교사들을 중심으로 교사 역량에 관한 선행연구를 분석하여 어린이집 교사들의 역량을 모델링하였다. 셋째 단계로는 앞의 두 단계를 바탕으로 경력 10년 이상의 어린이집 교사들을 대상으로 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하여 어린이집 교사 역량 모델을 수정하였다. 마지막 단계로써 어린이집 교사 25명의 패널을 선정하여 델파이 기법을 사용하여 어린이집 교사 역량 모델링을 확정하였다. 연구기간은 2016년 5월부터 동년 12월까지이다. 연구 결과 5개의 역량군과 28개의 세부 역량으로 역량 모델이 나타났으며 그것은 전문성과 철학 , 교무 관련 업무 , 교사 인성과 인간관계 , 수업 및 평가 , 안전 이다.

The objective of this research is to study competencies to enhance the professionalism of daycare center teachers. For this study, Firstly, we give definition of the role of daycare center teachers, analyzing difference of duties and laws and regulations pertaining to educations in daycare center were conducted. Secondly, we examined other preceeding researches and extracted on daycare center teacher s core competencies. Thirdly, we deducted FGI(Focus Group Interview) with 16 people of daycare center teachers who taken career moor than 10years for potential competencies and added more detailed contents. After that, Delphi survey with a 25 of education expert was implemented to revise potentially competencies for daycare center teachers. The analysis of the collected data was done through M, SD, C.V., CVR, convergence, and Consensus. As a result, we settled 5 units of competency and 28 detailed competency of daycare center teachers, that is professionalism & philosophy , duties related daycare center , teacher personality & human relations , instruction & evaluation , safety .
