Tooth extraction in dental practice, which is one of most frequent operation in oral surgery is faced to dental surgeon as an important problems in relate with normal healing process of alveolar bone socket. So many instances, dental patients in clinical practice usually undergo the extraction of their teeth without any closing of open wounds By doing this experimental studies, auther intened to focus on the healing process of the extracted alveolar bone sockets which were closed by silk suturing and not so. It is necessary to identify whether suturing practice of the mucogingival soft tissue after tooth extraction is contributory for the normal healing process or not so many influences on that. Sixteen male experimental rabbits, average 120 gm of body weight and 10 months of age, were used. These experimental animals were divided with four groups depend on the how long of wound healing as three days, one week, two week and three weeks after sutering practice on the extrated alveolar soft tissue. Two conclusions were obtained as following description. No more differencies in the microscopic features related with tissue regeneration can be seen in control and experimental parts in gronp three and four. But there are some different evidence in group one and two between the control and the experimental groups. Red blood cells scattered in the part of upper bone socket are showed more dense in the experimental group than that of control groups, and free gingival mucous membranes also revealed bending growth toward inner side of alveolar bone socket.
