左側 顔面部 및 眼窩에 發生한 多發性 神經維腫症의 治驗例

A REPORT OF THE CASE, MULTIPLE NEURO-FIBROMATOSIS WHICH OCCURRED ON LEFT FACIAL AREA AND LEFT ORBITAL CAVITY

The Patient, who was a 13 years old boy, had a bizzare lesion on his left cheek area What is called as elephautiasis neuromatosa and asymmetric areas of cutaneous melanin pigmentation, often described as Cafe-au-lait spots, on his trunk and extremities. We tried to make a radical operation on that lesion under G.O.P anesthesia, but did not accomplish to remove entire lesion for it s anatomical difficalty.
