全羅北道 및 慶尙南北道 兎唇患者 66名의 夏季無料診療 報告

REPORT OF 66 CASES OF CLEFT LIPS PALATES IN JUN RA BUK DO, KYUNG SANG NAM DO AND KYUNG SANK BUK DO

The authors had treated 66 cases of cleft lip and cleft palate patients, involving 48 male and 18 female patients. There were 58 cases of unilateral cleft lip patients, involving l case of median cleft lip patient, and 8 cases of bilateral cleft lip patients. Patients with both cleft lip and cleft palate were 15 cases among 66 cases. We had performed cheiloplasty by means of Millard s, Hagedorn s, Le Mesurier s and Veau s Methods with Z-plasty and palatorrhaphy by Dorrance s and Von Langenbeck Ernst s methods.
