영재 유아와 일반유아 통합교육을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발 및 프로그램이 교수 효능감에 미치는 효과

The development of the teacher education program of inclusive education for general and gifted children and the effects on teaching efficacy of the program

본 연구의 목적은 영재 유아와 일반유아 통합교육을 위한 교사교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 프로그램이 교수 효능감에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 프로그램의 개발은 문헌연구와 요구도 조사, 프로그램 구성 등 세 단계를 거쳐 이루어졌으며, 프로그램의 효과는 교사교육에 참여한 유아교사 20명을 대상으로 살펴보았다. 프로그램의 구성은 문헌연구와 요구도 조사 결과에 근거하여 목적 및 목표, 내용, 교수-학습 방법, 운영, 평가 등으로 이루어졌다. 특히 본 프로그램은 내용 전달에 치중하였던 기존 교사교육의 문제점을 극복하고자 실제 교육현장에서 이용할 수 있는 다양한 교수-학습 방법을 소개하고 교사들에게 직접 체험하는 기회를 제공하였다. 또한 협동학습과 반성적 저널 쓰기를 통해 교사들이 능동적으로 프로그램에 참여하면서 수업 전문성을 높일 수 있도록 하였다. 결과적으로 프로그램에 참여함으로써 교사들은 통합교육에 대한 자신감을 가지게 되면서 교수 효능감이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 본 프로그램이 유아교육기관에서 지속적으로 시행됨으로써 통합교육에 대한 교수 효능감을 높이고 통합교육을 성공적으로 이끌 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the teacher education program of inclusive education for general and gifted children and to investigate the effects on teaching efficacy of the program. The program was developed through the three stages-literature research, requirement survey, and composition of program. The effects of the program was investigated targeting twenty early childhood teachers who participated in the teacher education program. The program based on the literature research and the results of the requirement survey was composed of the purpose, the goals, contents, teaching-learning methods, operation, and evaluation. In particular, the program introduced diverse teaching-learning methods and provided the teachers with the opportunity to experience the methods, in order to overcome the problems of existing teacher education program that focused on communication of content. Also, the program helped the teachers increase their teaching professionalism by participating in the program actively through cooperative learning and reflective journal writing. As a result, the teachers had self-confidence on inclusive education by participating in the program and their teaching efficacy was increased. This result indicates that the program will be contributed to increasing teaching efficacy and successful inclusive education by being operated consistently in early childhood settings.
