청소년의 폭력의식이 학교폭력피해경험에 미치는 영향과 주장행동의 매개효과 검증

The Effect of violence consciousness of Adolescents on Victimization Experience of School Violence and the Mediating Effect of Assertive Behavior

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 폭력의식이 학교폭력피해경험에 미치는 영향에서 주장행동의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 경기지역의 고등학교 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사 하였고 그 중 309명을 표본으로 하여 분석하였다. 자료 분석방법은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석과 매개효과 검증을 위해 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 폭력의식이 학교폭력피해경험에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 폭력의식은 폭력피해경험에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 주장행동도 학교폭력피해경험에 유의한 영향력을 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 폭력의식과 학교폭력피해경험과의 관계에서 주장행동이 매개효과를 나타나는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구결과와 선행연구의 일치성 여부 등에 대한 논의 및 실천적 함의, 연구의 한계를 설명하고 사회복지 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of violence consciousness of adolescents on victimization experience of school violence and to verify the moderating effect of assertive behavior. Survey data was collected from high school students in Gyeonggi Province Data analysis was performed on surveys collected from 309 participants. The researcher used SPSS 20.0 in analyzing the data and performed frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and sobel test was performed, The main results of the research are summarized as follows. First, violence consciousness of adolescents had significant effect on victimization experience of school violence. assertive behavior had significant effect on victimization experience of school violence too. Second, the assertive behavior has mediating effect between violence consciousness of adolescents and victimization experience of school violence. This study explained the implications and limitations of the findings at the practical levels and finally made a number of suggestions for practice in social welfare.
