빈도해석을 이용한 경상북도 지역 홍수피해액 산정에 관한 연구

A Study on the Estimation of Flood Damage Using Frequency Analysis in Gyeongbuk Province

본 연구에서는 빈도해석 방법을 적용한 빈도별 홍수피해액을 산정하였다. 홍수피해액을 추정하기 위한 입력 자료는 경상북도 지역의 22개 시군별로 가공되어진 홍수피해액(1971~2010년) 자료를 사용하여 수행하였다. 빈도분석에는 경험적 빈도해석 (Empirical Frequency Analysis, EFA) 및 damage Frequency Assessment(DFA) 기법을 적용하였다. 두 방법을 적용하여 빈도분석을 수행한 결과 DFA를 적용시 결정계수가 평균 0.08 정도 상향되었으며, 이에 따른 홍수피해액도 50년 및 100년 빈도에서 각각 15%, 16% 의 상향된 결과로 나타났다.

This study estimated the flood damage through frequency analysis. The input data for estimating were used flood damage data from 1971 to 2010 of county and city hall in Gyeongbuk province. For frequency analysis, Empirical Frequency Analysis and Damage Frequency Assessment (DFA) were applied. As a result of the frequency analysis using the two methods, the coefficient of determination was found to be 0.08 higher when applying DFA. In DFA, the flood damage ratio was 15% higher at the 50-year frequency and 16% higher at the 100-year frequency.
