On July 14, 2015, the P5+1(China, France, Germany, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States), the European Union, and Iran reached the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), known commonly as the Iran nuclear deal, to ensure that if Iran advances its nuclear program for only peaceful use, the United States and the EU would lift nuclear-related sanctions on Iran. October 18, 2015 marked the date on which the JCPOA came into effect and participants began taking steps necessary to implement their JCPOA commitments. This article discusses the prospects of international relations changes in the Middle East after the JCPOA in a realist constructivism viewpoint because the JCPOA is the result of new identity formation of ‘the Middle East without Nuclear Weapon’. So, this article focuses on responses of major nation-state actors to the Iranian nuclear deal after the JCPOA and explains the main contents of the JCPOA and its implementation plan. This paper was written with historical and descriptive methods. The implications for this paper are to provide a solution for the North Korean nuclear crisis, in looking into ways of stable transition of Northeast Asian international situations.
