어머니 역할지능과 유아 리더십이 유아 정서지능에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Mother’s Role Intelligence and Early Childhood Leadership on Early Childhood Emotional Intelligence

본 연구는 어머니 역할지능과 유아 리더십이 유아 정서지능에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 유치원에 재원중인 유아의 어머니 역할지능을 검사하고 그 자녀의 유아 리더십과 정서지능을 검사하였다. 연구대상은 경상남도에 소재한 유치원 10곳의 만 5세 유아 244명과 그들의 어머니 244명이다. 어머니 역할지능과 유아 리더십, 유아 정서지능을 검사하기 위한 검사 도구는 선행연구에서 활용된 도구를 바탕으로 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 재구성하여 사용하였고, 이를 근거로 연구 자료를 수집하고 분석 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS Statistics 21 for Window 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, Cronbach s α 검증, Pearson의 적률상관계수, 단계선택방식의 중다회귀분석(Multiple regression analysis), 공차(Tolerance), 분산팽창지수(Variance Inflation Factor, VIF), 상관계수 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 어머니 역할지능 및 유아 리더십과 유아의 정서지능은 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아 리더십 중 재창조능력, 목표달성능력, 인간관계능력 순으로 유아 정서지능에 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 통솔력은 유아 정서지능에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of mother’s role intelligence and early childhood leadership on early childhood emotionali Intelligence. To achieve this purpose, the subject were 300 early childhood and 244 early childhood s mother who lived gyeong sang nam do. Questionnaires were developed and used for the collection of data. To analyze effect of mother’s role intelligence and early childhood leadership on early childhood emotionali Intelligence, questionnaires restructed from existing questionnaires for this study purpose were used. SPSS statistics 21 for window program, Cronbach s α verification, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis, Tolerance, Variance Inflation Factor, (VIF), Correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Result of this study are summarized as follows: First, mother’s role intelligence, early childhood leadership and early childhood emotionali Intelligence were correlation relation positively. Second, mother’s role intelligence effected on early childhood emotionali Intelligence positively. Third, early childhood leadership effected on early childhood emotional intelligence positively. but, directive role of early childhood leadership subfactor effected on early childhood emotional intelligence negatively.
