유아교사의 부모면담을 위한 교사교육 내용에 대한 중요도-수행도:

Importance-Performance on the Content of Teacher Education for Parent Interview in Early Childhood Teachers: by IPA analysis

본 연구는 유아교사가 부모면담을 위한 교사교육 내용에 대한 중요도와 수행도간의 차이는 어떠한지, 우선적으로 해결해야 할 부모면담 교사교육 내용에 대한 분석을 하고자 한다. 조사대상은 유치원 교사 110명, 어린이집 교사 95명 총 205명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 유치원 교사와 어린이집 교사의 부모면담 교사교육 내용에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 분석하고 유의미한 차이가 있는지 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하였고, 두 집단의 부모면담 교사교육 내용에 대한 우선순위 선정을 위해 IPA분석을 실시하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다, 첫째, 유치원 교사와 어린이집 교사가 부모면담을 위한 교사교육 내용에 대한 중요도와 수행도에서 가장 큰차이를 보인 부모면담 교사교육내용은 ‘면담내용에 따른 면담방법’, ‘부모면담 진행 방법’, ‘부모면담의 목적 및 필요성’ 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유치원 교사와 어린이집교사의 부모면담 교사교육내용에 대한 IPA 차이를 비교해보면, 유치원 교사들은 ‘부모면담 진행방법’과 ‘면담 내용에 따른 면담방법’이 우선적으로 교육이 이루어져야할 내용으로 인식하였고, 어린이집 교사들은 ‘부모면담의 목적 및 필요성’, ‘부모면담진행방법’, ‘면담 내용에 따른 면담방법’이 우선적으로 교육이 이루어져야 할 내용이라고 인식하고 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine what differences there would be between the awareness of early childhood teachers on the importance of the content of teacher education for parent interview and their performance of it and what content of this education should be given priority. The subjects in this study were 205 selected teachers, who were 110 kindergarten teachers and 95 daycare center teachers. A survey was conducted to gather data. As for data analysis, the awareness of the kindergarten and daycare center teachers on the importance of the content of teacher education for parent interview and their performance of it were analyzed, and paired-samples t-test was carried out to see if there would be any significant differences. And the IPA was used to determine the priority of the two groups about the content of teacher education for parent interview. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the content of teacher education for parent interview for which there were the largest differences among the early childhood teachers in importance-performance was interview method based on the content of interview, followed by how to proceed with parent interview and the goal and necessity of parent interview. Second, when the results of IPA on the importance-performance of the two groups for the content of teacher education for parent interview were compared, the kindergarten teachers thought that education about how to proceed with parent interview and interview method based on the content of interview should first be provided, and the daycare center teachers gave top priority to education on the goal and necessity of parent interview, how to proceed with parent interview and interview method based on the content of interview.
