직업능력개발훈련교사의 교사효능감과 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향

Influences of Teacher Efficacy and Social Support of Vocational Training Teachers on Job Satisfaction

본 연구의 목적은 직업능력개발훈련교사의 교사효능감과 사회적 지지가 이들의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 직업능력개발훈련교사 210명 대상으로 2016년 2월 15일부터 3월 31일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 이를 분석 하였다. 분석결과, 교사효능감, 사회적 지지, 직무만족의 하위변인은 교육 경력에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 교과지도효능감과 생활지도효능감 점수 모두 10년 이상의 경력교사 집단에서 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 교사효능감과 사회적 지지, 직무만족은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 마지막으로, 직업능력개발훈련교사의 교사효능감과 사회적 지지는 이들의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 교사효능감의 하위변인인 교과지도효능감은 직무만족의 하위변 인인 자율성에, 생활지도효능감은 발전성과 혁신성에 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 사회적 지지의 하위변인인 동료 지지는 교직의식과 동료애에, 가족 지지는 동료애에, 기관장 지지는 동료애를 제외한 직무만족의 모든 하위영역에 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 직업훈련생들의 직업교육의 중요성이 나날이 증대되는 시점에서, 이들의 직업훈련을 책임지고 있는 직업능력개발훈련교사를 대상으로 이들의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 개인 내적 변인인 교사효능감과 개인 외적 변인인 사회적지지의 영향력을 검증 했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study was to examine the effect of teacher efficacy and social support on job satisfaction for vocational training instructors. To this end, questionnaires were distributed to 210 vocational training instructors working for vocational training institutions. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to examine differences in the teacher efficacy, social support, and job satisfaction of vocational training instructors according to background variables. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between sub-variables. In addition, a multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the effect of teacher efficacy and social support on job satisfaction. As a result, sub variables of teacher efficacy, social support, and job satisfaction showed significant differences according to educational experience. And also, teacher efficacy, social support, and job satisfaction were positively correlated. Teacher efficacy and social support for vocational training instructors affected the job satisfaction. Teaching efficacy among the sub-variables of teacher efficacy only affected autonomy among those of job satisfaction. Life guidance efficacy affected potential and innovativeness as a sub-variable of job satisfaction. Peer support as a sub-variable of social support affected teaching awareness and comradeship, and comradeship increased with increasing family support. Particularly, president support among sub-variables affected all variables excluding comradeship and had the greatest effect on job satisfaction. This study explored intrapersonal and individual environmental variables at the same time. This study is significant in that both intrapersonal and individual environmental variables affect job satisfaction for vocational training instructors and this study suggests the results supporting previous studies.
