The factor affecting on User Behavior for Mobile Voting in Vietnam

Nowadays, the significant development of IT has delivered to users lives so many advantages, conveniences and benefits. Convenience is considered as a basic requirement which has brought good experiences and satisfaction for users. For enhancing users convenience, Mobile voting was applied in Vietnam as the main system to improve the democracy and fairness in voting process. The aim of this study is to clarify the feasibility, satisfaction and adoption possibilities of the Mobile voting service in Vietnam. This study is investigated basing 3 main group factors as “Technics”, “Individual”, and “Social” to find the solution and innovate the Mobile voting service. The model is assessed based on the data collected from 212 participants using a survey questionnaire. Survey data from participants is used to test the proposed hypothesis and the research model. The results of the study can be used for increase the satisfaction and the intention to use Mobile voting services in Vietnam.
