Issues and Perspectives on ICT-Enabled Education in Cambodia

In 2003, Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport (MoEYS) of Cambodia began the process of developing a policy for improving the education through the use of ICT. However, so far, ICT has not yet been widely using due to the rising up of many challenges and barriers as it continues to develop. This study will be considered as a key to make an improvement of ICT in education sector in Cambodia by examining the challenges and giving suggestions for better changes.
