A Study on Research Trends of Outdoor Residential Environment

최근 발생한 범죄들은 수원의 오원춘 사건과 같이 사람의 시선이 닿지 않는 우범지역에서 많이 발생하고 있다. 범죄예방을 위해 아파트단지를 조성할 때 CCTV나 홈오토메이션과 연계된 각종 보안 서비스, 단지 출입구, 주동출입구, 혹은 지하주차장 출입구 등에 RFID 태크에 의해 입주민 외의 출입을 통제하는 출입통제장치 등을 도입하고 있다. 반면에 외부공간에 대해서는 설계지표가 수립되지 않았다. 따라서 국내 아파트단지의 외부공간과 관련된 국내 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 아파트단지의 외부공간 계획지표의 도출이 시급한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 선행연구를 통해 국내 아파트단지의 외부공간의 CPTED 계획지표를 요소로서 유형화하고 관련 세부사항을 도출하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study try to make a modified CPTED Guidelines of apartment exterior space which has more detailed data than existing guidelines through review of preceded studies. The problems in existing guidelines were pointed out here and the opinion how to solve the problem were come forward. In this modified Guidelines 11 items were categorized. The items are main entrance, fence, parking, guardhouse, rest facility, landscape, way, etc. The design guidelines of each item is consist of 4 parts which are surveillance, territoriality, access control, and activity support. To verify the proposed items in modified guidelines, AHP or statistical analysis is needed.
