학교안전을 위한 경비실 디자인 연구

A Study on the Security Office Design for the School Safety

본 연구는 학교안전을 위해서 가장 필요한 요소인 경비실의 현황분석을 통해서 문제점을 개선하고 감시와 접근통제의 기능을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구결과 경비실은 외부 출입문과 건물 내부에 설치되는 유형으로 구분되며, 대부분의 경비실은 수용인원을 고려하여 경량식으로 디자인되고 있으며 경비원의 업무 효율성(감시 및 접근통제 포함)은 고려되지 않고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학교에서 발생하는 범죄 및 일탈행위를 효율적으로 예방하기 위해서는 외부 출입문에 설치되는 경비실의 경우 경비원(인원 수) 및 업무 지원(CCTV 모니터, 냉난방 설비, 가구 등) 특성이 반영된 표준화된 디자인이 필요하며, 건물 내부에 설치되는 경비실은 기존 행정실 기능을 강화시켜 대체하거나 방문객 대기공간을 별도로 지정하는 등 공간 활용성을 높이는 배치계획이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the design criteria of security office for school safety by analysis of literature review and manufactured goods survey. In this study, it was found that the size and position of security offices were not managed adequately for the surveillance and access control in school environments. Since one or two security guards worked in the office, it was very important that standard design guideline for behavior and number of them was applied to the office. In particular, the administrative office should be designed for surveillance around the building entrance and a waiting area be located on the entrance for access control of visitors in school.
