간호대학생의 기본간호술기 수행능력, 문제해결과정, 의사소통능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

Effect of Basic Nursing Skills, Problem Solving process, Communication skills on Clinical Competence of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었 다. 이를 위하여 G시, Y시, C시 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 269명의 학생들을 대상으로 2016년 9월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 program을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 기본간호술기 수행능력은 학년, 간호학과 선택동기, 전공만족도, 임상실습 만족도, 학생 간 관계에서 차이가 있었으며, 문제 해결과정은 학년, 간호학과 선택동기, 전공만족도에서 차이가, 의사소통능력은 학년, 간호학과 선택동기, 전공 만족도, 임상실습 만족도, 학생 간 관계에서 차이가 있었다. 또한 학년, 간호학과 선택동기, 전공만족도, 임상실습 만족도에서 임상수행능력의 차이가 있었으며, 임상수행능력은 세 변수 모두와 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 본 연구 대상자의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 기본간호술기 수행능력, 문제해결 과정, 의사소통능력으로 임상수행능력을 64.8% 설명하였다. 간호대학생의 임상수행 능력 향상을 위해서는 기본간호술기를 충분히 훈련시키고 문제해결능력을 키우며, 환자 및 보호자, 의료진과 원활한 의사소통을 통한 긍정적 관계를 형성해야 한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the clinical competence of nursing students and to investigate the influencing of basic nursing skills, problem solving process, and communication skills. For this purpose, 269 nursing students at G, Y, and C universities were surveyed from September 1, 2016 to October 31, 2016, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program. The results showed that basic nursing skills differed among grade, nursing and choice motive, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, the problem solving process in grade, nursing, choice motive, major satisfaction, communication ability in grade, nursing and choice motive, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, and between student relationship. In addition, there was a difference in clinical competence in grades, nursing and choice motive, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, and clinical competence was positively correlated with all three variables. Factors influencing the clinical competence of the subjects were the basic nursing skills, problem solving process, and communication skills, and these three variables accounted for 64.8% of clinical competency. In order to improve the clinical competency of nursing students, basic nursing skills should be sufficiently trained, problem-solving skills should be developed, and positive relationships should be established through smooth communication with patients, caregivers, and medical staff.
