드론을 이용한 지적재조사사업의 건축물 경계 관리에 관한 연구

A Study on Management of Building Boundary Information of the Cadastral Resurvey Project Using Drone

최근 지적재조사사업이 완료된 지역에서는 일필지 조사를 통한 필지경계와 건축물의 경계선 등을 새로운 지적공부에 등록하여 다양한 정보를 제공하고 하고 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 재조사사업 지역 에서 드론을 활용하여 건축물의 지붕 및 처마와 같이 구조물의 실제 경계를 취득하여 가칭 건축물 경계 점표지등록부에 사진의 형태로 등록하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 지적재조사측량 결과도의 건축물 경계선과 드론 영상의 건축물 경계선에 대한 위치정확도를 분석하였다. 드론으로 제작된 정사영상과 지적재조사측량 결과도의 건물 현황선을 중첩하여 실제 지붕선 및 처마의 경계선과 지상의 외벽 경계 선과 비교 분석한 결과 위치정확도는 X축으로 RMSE가 0.832m로 나타났고, Y축 RMSE가 0.809m로 나타났다. 지적재조사사업 대상지역이 군단위의 농촌지역인 경우 한옥형태의 단독주택들이 많아 지붕 선과 처마선이 지상 외벽선과 차이가 많이 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 그러한 현상을 반드시 공부에 등록하여 관리할 필요가 있을 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서 가칭 건축물 경계점표시등록부라 칭하는 공부의 작성안을 제시하였고, 향후 지적재조사사업이 완료된 후 지적측량을 수반하지 않고 건축물의 실제 지붕선이나 처마선까지도 확인이 가능한 방법을 제시하였다.

Recently, in the area where cadastral resurvey project was completed, a variety of information is offered through the newly registered cadastral record using parcel survey such as the decision of parcel boundary and building boundary. This research presented the way that the real boundary of architecture such as the roof and eaves is registered in the tentatively named building boundary monument record as the form of pictures by using Drone at the area of cadastral resurvey project. The study analyzed the position accuracy of the building bounding in the result map of cadastral resurvey and drone orthophoto. According to the analyzed result between the boundary of the roof and eaves and ground building boundary by overlaying orthophoto produced by Drone with building boundary of the result maps of the cadastral resurvey, position accuracy shows that RMSE is 0.832m as X, 0.809m as Y. In the case of county farming villages as the target area of the cadastral resurvey project, there are a lot of differences between boundary of roof, eaves and ground boundary of building because of the many detached houses of Hanok style. Furthermore, this phenomenon should be registered in the record and managed. Therefore, this survey suggests the recording plan called building boundary monument record. It also provides the possible method to confirm the roof boundary and eaves without the cadastral surveying after cadastral resurvey project is completed.
