부동산중개업 종사자의 직무환경만족이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 부동산중개업 종사자의 직무환경만족이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하고 그에 따른 정책적 제언을 하는 것이다. 조사대상 및 자료수집은 서울지역 협회에서 직무교육 중인 개업 공인중개사와 중개보조원을 대상으로 약 한달간 설문조사를 실시하여 150부를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 직무환경만족 중 보수와 동료관계가 통계적으로 유의미한 재무적 성과가 확인되었고, 비재무적 성과에는 보수, 동료관계, 직무, 고용 모두 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 첫째, 부동산중개업자의 직무환경개선 특히 중개보조원에 대한 보수체계와 고용의 안정성 측면이 강화되어야 한다. 둘째, 부동산중개업 종사자의 직업윤리 및 직무교육이 강화되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the satisfaction of job environment of the real estate brokerage workers and the performance of the management and to make a policy suggestion. Survey subjects and data collection were conducted for about one month in the open agency fire brokerage and brokerage assistants who are in charge of job training in Seoul regional association. 150 questionnaires were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, the financial performance of the pay and colleague-relationship in the satisfaction of job environment was found statistically significant, and the non-financial performance was statistically significant in the pay, colleague-relationship, job, and employment. First, based on the results of this analysis, the improvement of the job environment of the real estate brokerage workers, especially the compensation system for the assistant intermediary, and the stability of the employment should be strengthened. Second, the professional ethics and job education of real estate brokerage workers should be strengthened.
