제4차 산업혁명과 교육행정의 미래

The 4th Industrial Revolution and Future of Educational Administration

지금 전 세계는 이른바 제4차 산업혁명이라고 일컬어지는 눈부신 기술혁명에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 혁명적 조류에 부응하기 위해 사회 각 분야는 현재 무엇이 문제이고 향후 어떻게 개선해 나갈지에 대해 지적 탐구를 계속해오고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 추세에 발맞추어 교육행정과 교육행정학의 미래 방향을 제시하고자 추진되었다. 혁명이 교육에 미치는 영향은 긍정적인 것과 부정적인 것을 동시에 함유하고 있는 만큼 기존의 교육활동은 물론이고, 교육 그 자체가 위협적인 요인들도 잠재해 있지만 이런 요인들을 극복하게 되면 교육 발전의 기회로 삼을 수도 있다. 마지막으로, 제4차 산업혁명의 시대에 교육행정이 나가야할 방향은 ① 교육행정 조직의 역할과 기능혁신, ② 교육혁신의 플랫폼 구축, ③ 인적자원 활용의 혁신, ④ 지속가능한 교육체제 구축과 지원임을 제시하였다. 이러한 교육행정의 미래적 변화와 함께 학문으로서 교육행정학은 학문의 창의 역량을 증대해야하고, 실천지향성을 강화해야함을 밝히고 있다.

The whole world is now facing a revolution of technology so called the 4th industrial revolution. To meet such a revolutionary stream each field of the society has continued intellectual inquiry so that it explores what the problems are and how they could be solved in the future. According to these trends, this study is intended to suggest future directions for educational administration and its field of study. The influence of the revolution on education has both positive and negative impacts at the same time, which means that it is likely to be a threat to education and, on the other hand, to be an opportunity to educational development only if the treat could be overcome. Lastly, for the directions of educational administration in the times of the 4 th industrial revolution, this study suggests ① the innovation in the role and functions of educational administration and organizations, ② the construction of platforms for educational innovation, ③ the innovation of human resource utilization, and ④ the construction of durable educational system and its support system.
