The purpose of this study is suggesting an “interpretation evaluation sheet” for appraising the level of students skills during lectures and entrance examinations. Interperetation competency will be grouped of 4 categories-language, information processig, presentation, intercultural skills, after definition of interpretation education and interpretation ability. And an achviement checking list is proposed for each skill for during lecture evaluation sheet Also, based on the data of the above, an effective entrance examination scoring sheet is offered. With this checking list, detailed and objective method of the evaluating students will be introduced that can be done by professors or even students mutually. In a future study, a comparison of the results between this method and the present method that is total and intuitive should be done and prove that this method is objective and has all the factors that are important in that present method after applying this method to actual and real lectures and entrance examinations. If any important factor is found during the proving procedure, it will be added. And after using the suggested achieving standard table evaluated during lectures and between students , it should be developed according to the text and language.
