Impact of School Type on Apartment Resale Values Employing Spatial Autoregression Model

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Impacts of type of high school on apartment resale values employing spatial autoregression model. The results of this study are twofold. First, when the school close to the apartment is the special purpose high school type, it has a positive impact on the apartment values relatively compared with other types., Second, when the school close to the apartment is the vocational high school type, it has a negative impact on the apartment values relatively compared with other types.
